Charles Wesley Minor, MD
Dr. Minor is a dedicated family medicine physician with deep roots in the community. Having grown up in Cordova, Alabama, he is proud to serve the area that helped shape him.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Auburn University before earning his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his Family Medicine residency at UAB Huntsville, where he received comprehensive training in caring for patients of all ages. Outside of medicine, Dr. Minor enjoys spending time with his wife Ashlyn and his daughter Eleanor.
Miali Jennings, MSN, CRNP, AGPCNP
Miali Jennings is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care. She graduated from Hueytown High School then earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama in 2015. She practiced as a registered nurse at Baptist Princeton Medical Center as an emergency room nurse for 4 years before moving into a leadership position as House Supervisor. She earned of Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2020 and has been at Premier Health Center since that time.
Miali lives in Mccalla, Alabama with her husband Robert and son Cage. In her free time she loves to spend time with family and travel.
Miranda Suchey, AANP-BC
Miranda Suchey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP-BC) dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. With a strong focus on evidence- based practice, she strives to partner with patients to support their health, prevent illness, and manage acute and chronic conditions effectively. She graduated from Lynn High School in 2015. While working in the Emergency Department, she completed her Bachelor's in Nursing from Jacksonville State University in 2019. She then attended the University of South Alabama and graduated in 2023 with a Master's in Nursing. She currently lives in Warrior, AL, with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, traveling, and reading.
Angela Moore, PhD, LPC
Angela J. Moore PhD, is a nationally certified Licensed Professional Counselor and Master Addiction Counselor who has 20 years of experience working with clients in recovery. Angela is a graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a PhD in Health Education/Health Promotion and a MA in Counseling.
Brittney Davis, MSN, FNP-C
Brittney Davis is an AANP Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Sumiton Christian School in 2004 with an Advanced Honors diploma. She then attended Bevill State, graduating in 2007 with an Associate of Science in Nursing. While working at Princeton, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in 2009. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2012, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Samford University. She has over ten years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing care throughout the lifespan.
She currently resides in Jasper, AL with her husband and two girls, Adalyn and Ellison. She loves spending time with family and traveling.
Scott Allan Dixon, MD
Dr. Scott Dixon grew up in central Florida. He completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Birmingham Southern College with Magna Cum Laude honors. After graduating from UAB School of Medicine in 1987, Dr. Dixon's was in residency at Caraway Methodist Medical Center. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Dixon lives in Dora, AL with his wife, Rebecca, where they have owned and operated Premier Health Center since 2007. They have three children – Katie, Sarah Beth (Nathan), and Sam (Abbie). The Dixons have two grandchildren, Grayson and Graham. When Dr. Dixon is not working, he enjoys bike riding, traveling, and spending time with family.
Sonya Allen Mink, RN, MSN, CRNP
Sonya Mink was born in Birmingham, AL. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in 1993 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Samford University in 2005. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Sonya has broad clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, nephrology, and hospice care. She is married to her husband, Blane, and enjoys traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
